Dry Cleaning, The Yale Way

A few weeks ago, I received a very humbling review from Brian, a long time Yale Cleaners' customer. Recently Brian moved from Tulsa, Oklahoma to Sherman, Texas. As you would expect, Brian being in a new town meant he had to seek out new businesses and service providers. In his quest to find a dry cleaner, he was met with a surprising reality... there are no dry cleaners like Yale in his new town.

Here is what Brian had to say...

"Is there any possibility you would like to open a store in Sherman, TX? I just moved from Tulsa after 20 years and did not realize how great you guys are compared to other cleaners. It is like I have stepped back in time and nobody knows how to be customer service oriented. And don't get me started on technology. I now have to rip a dang tag off my clothes every morning I get dressed. Thank you Yale Cleaners for making my life so much easier the past 20 years. You will be missed."

While this is not the first time Yale Cleaners has received this type of customer feedback, Brain's words seem to stand out. His comments serve as our reminder to not become complacent in the way we treat our customers. His words also serve as a benchmark of how far we have progressed as a business.
