I must give a shout out to Kurt for his excellent customer service today. Dropped articles of clothing off this morning,3 pieces of which were brand new. At 5:00 today my clothes couldn’t be found. Kurt found each and every piece and with a smile said “I’m not going to charge you today!” That’s the way to do it…great job and thanks!

And a bonus dog biscuit for my puppy at pick-up! Doesn't get much better than that!The crew at your 41 & Harvard store are the greatest! Particularly Jane! Love the conversation, she remembers everyone's name, great to handle the rare problem!
