Extra Care is a FREE service which allows Yale Cleaners' customers to identify stains, missing buttons and add other one-time handling instructions for their clothing using Yale's iPhone or Android App. During every step of the cleaning process, our staff will identify, tag and strive to successfully every Extra Care request. When garments reach final inspection.
Yale will record the outcome of Extra Care requests in our computer system. Customers using this service will be able to track the progress of their Extra Care requests using Yale's App.
Download the Yale Cleaners App and log in to your Yale Cleaners account. You can log in to the app by following the onscreen instructions and using either a recent Yale Cleaners receipt or ticket.
Locate the barcode inside a garment. Open the Yale Cleaners App, tap the Extra Care tab, and scan the barcode. Answer the on-screen questions to make your request. If your garment has a stain, simply mark the location of the spot, then select stain type. Hit save and you’re done. It’s that simple.
When you drop-off your clothes, there is no need to inform the staff about your Extra Care request. Yale’s Extra Care service has been designed to ensure your garment’s needs are always addressed at every step in the cleaning process. If our staff finds a problem with one of your other garments, the App will alert you.
When your garment reaches the final inspection, the computer prompts us again to verify your request has been properly addressed. Finally, the inspector logs the outcome of your request. In the App, a list of every Extra Care request will display on the orders tab. The icons and status are updated throughout the cleaning process.
