Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the store's dry cleaning and laundry services.
• Work alongside employees in production and on the counter to fulfill daily production needs.
• Monitor inventory and supplies levels, production equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure that Yale's store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
• Hire, train, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members, ensuring production goals are achieved.
• Maintain quality standards and excellent customer service while promptly resolving any customer service problems.

Qualifications:

• Dry cleaning experience is preferred.
• Previous management experience, preferably in a retail setting, but Yale will train
• Work ethic with high standard for integrity.
• Positive approach to training, developing and interacting with all levels of the store team.
• Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions.
• Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
• Follow-up and follow through discipline.
• Initiate action and achieve goals.
• Someone who is organized and detailed oriented.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to successfully manage 10-15 employees.
