On My Way app feature provides contactless, quicker pick-up service - with a 20% discount

Yale Cleaners is proud to announce a new feature – On My Way – as a part of the Yale Cleaners Plus service, accessed through the Yale Cleaners app.
The in-app feature will provide additional safety measures, reduce wait time during pickup and lower costs for customers. Using On My Way, customers can click a button, skip the traditional line and have their clothing brought to them – all with a 20% discount.
Simply put, the On My Way feature is a win-win-win for Yale Cleaners customers.
This feature is available to Yale Cleaners Plus members only, and customers can sign up to be a Yale Cleaners Plus member in person or through the app. Once a customer is a Yale Cleaners Plus member, the app will upgrade to give Plus members the On My Way service option.
To utilize the On My Way feature, simply log on to the Yale Cleaners app and click the On My Way feature. The app will ask for your make and model of car, and you’ll be set to drive to get your clothes.
Before you arrive, we’ll have your order separated and waiting for you. When you arrive, you can skip the line and go to the On My Way drive thru lane. We’ll bring your clothes to you, verify your order, load the car for you and you’ll
be on your way.
Yale Cleaners Plus already provides automatic billing and automatic discounts. Now the On My Way feature allows for quicker pickup removing just about any pain point our customers could experience.
Always looking to improve
Before the pandemic, Yale Cleaners already was working towards a more contactless drop off and pickup experience to increase the ease for customers. To meet the needs of the pandemic, Yale Cleaners added features of both the Yale Cleaners Plus and the On My Way services to ensure its customers felt comfortable and safe during their experience.
What’s next?
More features are planned for release later this year that will continue to provide options for customers to improve both their quality of service and experience with Yale Cleaners.
