We have all been there before...you are wearing your favorite shirt, then suddenly out of nowhere, you get a stain on the front. Or, you’re putting on your best dress shirt and you find a missing or broken button. Your closet is already full of dirty clothes, so you fill your bag and you’re off to the drycleaners.

When you get there, what are you supposed to do?

  1. Just hand them the bag and hope for the best?
  2. Give them the shirt separately, tell the employee about the stain and hope they take care of the problem?
  3. Attach a note to your shirt with a safety pen…surely the drycleaner won’t miss that, right?

Wrong!

You have tried everything, and it just seems like every drycleaner always misses your little extra requests. Each time you drop off your clothes, the friendly staff assures you this time they will get it right. But shouldn't there be a better way?
Absolutely!
For the past year, Yale Cleaners’ Research and Development Team has been working tirelessly to solve this communication problem. We are proud to introduce Yale’s new iPhone/Android App featuring Extra Care! Our Extra Care service has been designed to ensure every extra request is properly addressed during each step of the drycleaning process.

Yale Cleaners’ customers using our iPhone/Android app can submit stains, missing buttons and other one time requests. When our staff inputs your order into our computer system, we receive an onscreen alert detailing your specific request. Your item is then flagged with the request and sent to the appropriate store personnel. When your item reaches final inspection, the computer once again alerts our staff about your Extra Care request. Store personnel must answer onscreen prompts that log the outcome of each request. Customers can even track the progress of their Extra Care requests on the Orders tab inside the App.

With Extra Care, you can simply Submit It & Forget It!

So, when you drop off your clothes, there is no need to inform the staff about your extra care request. Yale’s expert team will get right to work caring for your clothing. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the successful outcome of every Extra Care request. However, we will ensure that every Extra Care request receives the attention it deserves.
