The 101st & Sheridan location is great. The staff is always friendly and professional. Linda and Johnnie are special ladies who always put a smile on my face. It is hard to find good customer service anymore but Linda and Johnnie are proof that it still exists.always great service and because I am a regular customer the employees always call by name which I appreciate and I feel is excellent customer service.Always have great service , the representatives Wanda, Linda, Whitney, Riley and Deserae are always friendly, helpful and courteous.The 86th Street North location just have a "great" bunch of people, make you feel like family rather than just a customer!Love all the people that work at 41st and Harvard store. Always so friendly! Customer service is outstanding!We live out of town but bring our dry cleaning with us because of the great service we receive every time.The staff are always friendly and professional.
